The Competition Model: Features a heavy-duty steel forend for extra stability and weight.
Straight-Pull Action: The rifle uses a unique toggle-lock bolt. Instead of twisting and pulling a heavy bolt (like a traditional rifle), you just pull back and push forward. This works like a sliding door and lets you reload in milliseconds without breaking your shooting position. 
Competition Weight: The rifle weighs about 18 to 19 pounds. Extra weight acts like a sturdy anchor. It stops the rifle from wobbling in your hands when you breathe or press the trigger. 
Adjustable Chassis: The rifle features an adjustable cheek piece, length of pull (buttstock length), and a specialized "gas pedal" thumb rest for your hand. 
Match Trigger: It comes with the Anschütz 5020 APR two-stage match trigger, which is famous for breaking like a glass rod.
